Touch the Crown - Snæfellsjökull Glacier Base Hike

1.00

“Snæfellsjökull glacier/volcano has been an inspiration for many artists through the ages. You too can be inspired!”

We drive up to the snowline and then hike towards the base of Snæfellsjökull to get in touch with how the landscape has been influenced by the retreating glacial crown of Snæfellsjökull. As well as getting a taste of Icelandic mountain life, you will be rewarded with incredible views over the Snæfellsnes peninsula and Atlantic Ocean.
