We are so excited for this Summer season! We have plenty of exciting departures ready for our guests and this year we will be running a variety of half-day tours, which make the perfect activities for those who prefer a shorter hike.

The half-day hikes will be our classic mountain base hike, a perfect taste of Snæfellsjökull and some incredible views. For the Geology lovers we have the Secrets Under the Lava hike, where our team takes you on an exciting coastal hike to find hidden geological gems. And later in the Summer, we will be offering an ice-walk, perfect to see the beauty of the glacial ice whilst playing on the frozen landscape.

Wildlife tours in Iceland

Did you know that Go West offers wildlife tours? Our guides are experienced biologist and wildlife photographers. They can take you to some spectacular spots off the beaten track where you can have really intimate moments with the local fauna.
